In this transparent model, iScale sources candidates, recruits and sets up a dedicated team for the customer, inside the iScale office. Then, once the team is ready to start operating, the customer assigns work to the team and manages the deliverables on a day to day basis. In this model, the customer knows the real cost of employees and only pays a monthly fee according to the real, actual team cost. iScale Solutions handles all the administrative aspects (salaries, facilities, taxes, etc) while the customer focuses solely on operating the team and delivering results.

We typically need to know enough about your company before we can start the recruitment process. We need enough information to approach candidates properly and give them enough details to spark their interest for the role. Some example of information are:
- Company background (size, funding, type of products, market, leadership etc)
- Whether management has prior experience with outsourcing. If so, what was the setup and how was the team managed?
- Job descriptions for the roles considered for outsourcing
- Working schedule, when applicable
- How will the candidate work with other employees on the customer side? Who will be managing them?
- What will be the interview process for candidates?
Finding the right candidates for your dedicated team is the most important activity to get things started. Our goal is to find the right candidates first, then look at legal and costing documents in parallel. No good candidates, no good team!
Our Recruitment specialists work closely with our customers to define a recruitment process that fits the usual recruitment habits of our customers. Some customers like to give video interviews, while some like to give a homework assignment to developers. Some like to put IQ and logic tests, while other customers prefer whiteboard discussion. The recruitment team will help source candidates according to the job description, then arrange the logistics for the interviews. We use an online system to track candidates, book interviews, collect feedback etc.
